We worked with Andy/Sterling Home Services on a complete renovation of our 2,000 sq ft home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of his work and attention to detail truly stand out. Every element feels thoughtfully done, from the refinished floors to the paintwork, new tile flooring in the kitchen and entry, and the seamless integration of restored leaded glass doors that look as though they were always part of the original home. The kitchen renovation deserves special mention. Andy completely transformed the space with new countertops, a new backsplash, refinished cabinets, new flooring, and updated sink and appliances. When it became clear that the subfloor was barely holding on, he addressed the issue properly rather than cutting corners, which gave us real peace of mind. The end result is a kitchen that is both stunning and solidly built. We also love the covered composite deck, which replaced the old garage. It flows beautifully from the house with a newly installed patio door, and feels intentional, like it was always meant to be there, rather than an addition. From the new roof and siding to the final finishes, the craftsmanship and care were evident throughout the entire project. It is also worth adding that all of this work was completed while we were living hours away during the renovation, which made communication and trust especially important. Andy was consistently communicative and thoughtful, sharing regular updates and photos and taking the time to talk through options. He always worked to find the best solutions for our needs without ever compromising on quality. We would highly recommend Andy/Sterling Home Services to anyone looking for high-quality, dependable renovation work.

The owner Andy was very professional and easy to get ahold of. Pricing was good and reasonable. Work was finished in a timely manner on a timeline we both agreed on. Highly recommend for Reno’s and/or new builds. Will be hiring him again in the future
